Five Areas of Public Improvements

As part of the Montage project, and driven by a Special Reimbursement District, $650MM+ of significant improvements will be brought to the west side of Liberty, Missouri.

Public Safety

  • Traffic safety improvements to the Liberty North High School ingress/egress, Church Road (Highway A), 112th Street, Plattsburg Road, and I-35 northbound Plattsburg exit, and new southbound on-ramp.

  • Improvements to existing off-site Arterials and Collectors

  • I-35 Flyover with improvements, connecting pedestrian, cycle, vehicle, and utilities across I-35

Water System

  • Regional Water System improvements including water tower, booster pumps, and water lines bored under I-35.

Storm and Sanitary Systems

  • Regional Storm Water System including multiple regional water detention basins

  • Regional Sanitary System including force mains and pump stations

  • Subterranean sanitary/storm bores (one each) under I-35

Facilities

  • Regional Sports Park including Soccer/Lacrosse fields, pickleball courts, and land for a future field house
