Montage is an extraordinary 1,100-acre mixed-use master planned community coming to northwest Liberty, west of I-35. Thoughtful, intentional design will encompass approximately 1,800 single-family residential homes; 1,500 multi-family units; 2.2 million square feet of retail, office, tech, and light industrial; over 170 acres of designed green space and neighborhood parks; more than seven miles of pedestrian, bike, and horse trails; and regional and neighborhood amenities including a sports park, community center, elementary school site, art center, neighborhood stable, and much more.

The City of Liberty, Missouri, has been working with GaleHart Communities on a plan to sustainably develop the land surrounding Liberty North High School (west of I-35). The principals of GaleHart Communities have successfully developed more than 20,000 acres and are uniquely qualified in the Kansas City Metro to develop Montage Liberty, an extraordinary 1,100-acre mixed-use master planned community of thoughtful, intentional design. It will encompass over 1,800 single-family residential units; 1,400 multi-family units; two million square feet of retail, office, tech, and light industrial; over 170 acres of designed green space and neighborhood parks; more than seven miles of pedestrian, bike, and horse trails; and regional and neighborhood amenities including a sports park, community center, elementary school, art center, neighborhood stable, and much more.

GaleHart Communities has worked in deep collaboration with the City Staff and land owners to realize this project. The developers have invested over $6 million of contributed equity for due diligence studies and other pre-development expenses for the Montage development.
